Dell Philippines has closed their Pasay operations and sold everything to Teleperformance for an alleged amount of Php200 million. All employees were sent the notice last Friday. Teleperformance will have the option to retain some employees in management level while all the rest will be asked to send in their resignation letters. No details on what will happen to the former employees of Dell Pasay but the Quezon City call center will still be operated by Dell Philippines.

New owners of the Dell Vostro A840 laptop will be entitled to a free phone (LG KP105) between January 15 – February 15, 2009, nationwide. Dell Vostro laptops were introduced earlier by Dell to cater to small and medium business, taking into consideration the specs and price of the units.

For several months now, Dell Philippines has been selling Dell Laptops in the Philippines via a number of distributors.

These distributors include Abenson, Electroworld, Avant, PC Live, Accent Micro and Octagon Computers.

The models of laptops for sare are the ff: Inspiron 1420, 1520, 1525, XPS 1530, 1330; with desktop PCs: Inspiron 530, 530s.

We currently don’t have any price list for these laptops but will update this post once we get them.
