If possible, please send me a copy or just let me know if it’s release already… to see if my uncle passed or not… thankz…
and…
I just graduated from liberal arts, major in philosophy… and just thinking what would be better for me to get, MA in Industrial psychology or proceed to law…
but I don’t want to be a “lie’r”
is it true that passing the exam involves politics too?
I mean “they” would fail you just because you’re from another “group”…Mmmm
about 5 months ago
few points. contrary to popular beliefs, lawyers aren’t “lie’rs”. it’s hard to explain but if you take up law, you’ll find out why some people get acquitted. Secondly, passing the bar involves hard work and study. if one fails the exam, it isn’t because he/she was from another “group” but because he/she didn’t study hard enough when he/she was a student.

well of course, I know that in court… truth isn’t the one being debated (duh…) I’m well aware of that… what matters are the evidences and the undeniable “fact” (fabricated or not… I’m not saying it should, but it does happen) that it “points” to the accuse, and most importantly, how it is presented and highlighted…
in short the convincing power of the lawyer/lie’r is what makes the magic happens…
after all, Justice is no more but a social contract between evils so that each one would be afraid to do harm to each other…well that’s how i see it…

please notify me as soon as the results are out. thanks.

The lawyers are people of high integrity. They are use as channel of God’s blessing to reveal the truth through applications of human laws.I do not see any logic on what will one gain to be a channel of evil deeds.Nevertheless,I still believe that lawyers are also God’s created human being to sow seed of love ,care and mercy to victims of unfairness and injustice. If you believe in God’s sovereignty, you will believe in the moving power of the Holy spirit to lawyers.Trust in God.he is faithful. He can touch lawyers’ hearts and truth will set one free.Have faith in god because God is faithness and His love for us is overflowing.
The Bar result is the most amazing event in the life of a lawyer because it is when God moves mightily in the life of examiners, supreme court and the soon to be lawyers.Seek God first, delight yourself in the Lord and all things shall be added unto you.Pray and ask God’s amazing grace over this situation and surely,He will grant the desires of your heart according to His perfect Will for you.All glory belongs to Him and Him alone.

Actually kitz, we’re in same perception that all LAWYERs are liers he he he he he he however under the code of professional responsibities that they are just acting according to their knowledge and discretion, meaning being a lawyer you must have to protect the interest of your client in good faith for the reason of supporting peso he he heh
lastly the LAWYERS can be differentiated to the jokebox that the latter needs a coin to play the music whereas a former will do the almost same upon payment of an acceptance pay.he he he
so ENROLL now!

it is undeniable that when you are NOT a lawyer or at least a law student, you will NEVER know what it means to be a lawyer… taking from an IGNORANT LAYMAN’S standpoint, you may ask why would a lawyer defend a person who, as all evidences point out, has killed his fellow human being when he should be put to jail for the rest of his life? why make everything so complicated when the facts are very clear that the your client has indeed killed someone? so the fact that you have NEVER been to a law school, you would just simply jump to the conclusion that lawyer’s are liars for trying to defend someone who has committed a wrong? am i right or am i right? as a law student, i always here these questions. at first, i managed to tolerate these ignorant questions. but it’s just that it’s getting too irritating. ok, so allow me to at least enlighten your poor soul about this matter in the most simplest way… first of all, a lawyer does not defend the personhood of the accused. rather, he defends his constitutional rights for even the most evil person on the face of this planet has constitutional rights. otherwise, we would all be living in anarchy and if this happens we would all have a first hand account experience of what it is like to be in hell. second, it is the client that narrates to the lawyer the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident. the lawyer only listens. the fact that there are several versions of the story is not the fault of the lawyer because like i said it is his client that narrates the story and not the lawyer. so who now is the liar? the layman who has never studied in a law school like you or the lawyer? third, what if the accused is indeed only guilty of reckless imprudence resulting to homicide but he is accused by the other party to have committed murder? what if the act constituted one of the grounds of justifying circumstances and there were really no aggravating circumstances? what if he was insane or intoxicated at the time he committed such act? wouldn’t that warrant a mitigating or alternative circumstance? of course you do not know anything of what i’m talking about because you don’t know anything about law which is also due to the fact that you’ve never been to a law school and which of course implies that you’re ignorant on that matter. so now without knowing anything about law, you start to come up with your own MISGUIDED and ERRONEOUS conclusion. so following your logic that lawyers are liars because they defend a person who has admittedly killed someone, and killing somebody is bad and defending a bad person is a liar and therefore a bad person does not deserve to be defended, anyone of us can thus be sentenced to reclusion perpetua when we are only liable for an indemnity for damages. of course again you don’t know any of the terms i mentioned because you’ve never been to a law school. i understand that. but you see law cannot be interpreted on the surface level. there are a lot of factors that need to be considered. these factors can be learned in law school but you’ve never been enrolled in law school therefore you don’t know these factors. am i right or am i right?
so before you say that lawyers are liars blah blah blah… you ask yourself first… WHAT DO YOU REALLY KNOW ABOUT LAW?
of course i’m not saying that all lawyers are clean. there are really those that cheat and they don’t deserve to be in this honorable profession. in the same way that doctors who cheat don’t deserve to be in a medical profession. in the same way that businessmen who cheat don’t deserve to engage in a business venture. in the same way that priests who raped young girls don’t deserve to be ministers of a highly respected and revered religious institution. so tell me, if lawyers cheat, which kind of profession does not? again this is not a justification but merely a point to ponder.
they say it is only in law school where you will learn to humble yourself, to accept the fact that you know nothing about what you’re saying and realize that you haven’t really learned anything from the day you were born.
it is true. i learned it the hard way. law school is the ego-crusher, the ego-destroyer, the ego-annihilator. your big head will be reduced to a size smaller than peanuts. that only happens in law school. so… WHAT DO YOU REALLY KNOW ABOUT LAW?
lawyers and judges are just playing roles during the proceedings. when lawyers defend, its because they are bound to, owing to the constitutional requirement that no person shall be deprived of life liberty and property without due process of law and the judge is there to weigh the arguments and evidence and rule thereafter. not being liars, lawyers are entitled to defend their clients but only within the bounds of the law.
kailan daw results?

people here who have no knowledge, even a single grain about the law, are aliens in this blog. Go to DISTRICT 9 pips. This blog is ONLY for aspirants and those in legal profession. You have no place in here.
anyways, everyone waits for the bar result.

yap i agree with the one who wants to have a break. a person no matter what is your profession can be liars if you really do not value honesty and God. lawyers must be God-fearing to be honest in all his/her undertakings as a lawyer. layman can easily conclude that lawyers are liars because they don’t have any understandings on how the things and circumstances be considered by law and by the judge. however, others concluded as such maybe because of their experiences relating to lawyers who really made effort just to win his case, though he/she is outside the bounds of the law. yes, lawyers must defend the rights of his clients with the best of his knowledge and discretion but must be within the boundaries of the law. the lawyer’s oath tells us on how a lawyer performs his duty in the society, that may be the reason that it was asked completely during the Bar. TO BE A GOOD LAWYER IS NOT ALWAYS WINNING YOUR CASE, IT IS HOW YOU PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF YOUR CLIENT ESPECIALLY THOSE GUARANTEED BY THE CONSTITUTION. HUHUHU,, WHEN IS THE RESULT OF THE BAR?

Please furnish me a copy of the result very big thanks.

it is the witnesses who are liers, not the lawyers. Lawyers imply ask questions. It is the witness who answer. Of course, many will say that they practice the direct examination of the witness, but one says above, it is the litigant who narrates, and the lawyer just listen.
Good luck to all.
