Charice to sing for a Japanese series
International singing sensation and Filipino pride Charice Pempengco was personally chosen to sing the the official theme song of the Japanese mystery-crime drama Bull Doctor entitled “Far as the Sky”.
Bull Doctor producer Kayuza Toda picked Charice because he was so fascinated by her voice which is “so stretching and powerful.” Charice also dedicated the song “Far as the Sky” to the victims of the devastating earthquake and tsunami. The series stars Japanese actresses Esumi Makiko and Ishihara Satomi and will start airing this July on Nihon TV Network.
