Pacquiao vs. Solar Sports vs. ABS-CBN
Manny “the Pacman” Pacquiao has been in a word-war with Solar Sports for a week and then followed by another one with ABS CBN.
Manny Pacquiao apparently approached ABS CBN and asking them to partner with him in airing his Hatton fight this May 3, 2009. ABS CBN recorded a video with Pacquiao which is supposed to be aired after they determine if Solar Sports did indeed broke their contract with Pacman.
The video came out on TV Patrol and then another video by Pacquio the following day confirming the switch and asking people to watch him on ABS CBN.
Solar Sports went to the United States to talk with Pacquiao and determined that the contract is valid. So the Pacman went back with Solar Sports and GMA 7. He then tells everyone that ABS CBN placed him in that situation. Now the word ward continues.

Magalona, 43, was diagnosed in August, 2008, with leukemia at the Medical City Hospital, Mandaluyong. He appealed for privacy: “I don’t want a media circus. I want privacy with my family. What I’d rather talk about is how we can solicit blood donations to replace the supply that I have consumed in the hospital.” Francis’ wife, Pia Arroyo-Magalona, said: “It was very gradual, hindi siya biglaang lumabas. We don’t want to use the word ‘curable,’ but the doctors say it’s treatable.
